You wrote "his" dog and then you wrote can "she" get pregnant. Is your friend a male or female? Either way, I don't think that dogs and humans are really sexually compatible.

No. Dogs cannot impregnate humans. But it's not healthy! Tell her to see a doctor to make sure she didn't get germs or something.

No, dogs and humans have a different number of chromosomes, there is no way they could produce a viable fetus.
