It was in California and they never confirmed what the problem was. Many doctors were disabled-longterm from exposure to it. It was in the late 80s I believe. They did have a special show many years ago spectulating she could of used machine grade DMSO and it broke down into some weird blood chemistry but it was not definitive
I have never heard or read a satisfactory reason as to what happened in many years. When they drew her blood the lab tech noted odd color and clumpy crystalline structure. The fumes from the blood draw overcame many. In fact, one physician, a woman had left the medical field under permanent disability due to her exposure and when I saw her discussing it on record she was still in and out of hospitals and had several serious and bizarre results.

no I dont remember hearing anything like this the closest I can come to remember any news story would be anthrax poisoning that was happening a year or 2 ago is this what you mean?I think they say that when exposed crystals can form in your blood
