Marty: I haven't smoked for a week now, you know why? Cause I really got tired of the reek, the breath and I finally realized it wasn't doing me any good. Guess what method I used? I simply decided not to buy cigarettes anymore! I guess it's all about MOTIVATION! Before quitting a habit, make a list of good reasons as to why you wanna quit it. Then, all you have to do is do it. I suggest the following 3-step program :
1. Imagine yourself with bleeding gums
2. Imagine yourself with mouthcancer
3. Imagine loosing part of your face to mouthcancer
This may sound very harsh,but a good friend of mine had that happen to him.
