Lately I have been needing to make some big life decisions, and it seems that when I go to bed even though I am exhausted,my brain is racing with thoughts,and it makes it impossible to sleep.
Anyone else had this happen...what helped.
Any suggestions welcomed.

i have had this chest cold for about a month now . and i can't seem to shake it. i have been to the er twice over it and to my doc last week the er docs both put me on zpac which worked for about a week then right after i started coughing stuff up agian. so i went to my reg dr and she said my lungs sound perfect. no blockage or weezeing even though i smoke but i only smoke a 1/2 a pack a day. but i'm still coughing a really thick kinda grey and yelowish brwon mucus up. niow my nose is constantaly draining could this have some thing to do with it i'm just at a lose here to know what is going on and should i be worreied or not

A few hours after I woke up I noticed a bad rash on my arm, it goes all the way from my elbow to the tips of my fingers, its like little pin needle marks every where it covers my arm.I have never had anything like this before, and I am not allergic to anything as far as i know.What could this be?
