you could take boxes of them eat them like reg. chocolate or wallow the pills by the handful... would you enj9y the results? dont think so

Usually one or two pills or one full package should do it. Depends on the type of laxative. Any more than the recommended dosage and you will make best friends with your toilet bowl. Seriously, too much laxative can cause diarrhea and that in turn can lead to dehydration.

Since you are asking this question, i wonder if you ever took a laxative. If you haven't I'd suggest you speak with your doctor first, there maybe another underlying problem that you have. I think you should seek professional advice for your doctor. Good Luck!
