I've had three or four panic attacks and I've visited the doctor three times and the ER once. They told me that I have anxiety. The doctor I met with in the ER prescribed me to Xanax. The doctor I visit these days prescribed me to Lexapro (5 mg a day) and I haven't taken it. I also recently had a physical and it came back with full positive results. I often have feelings like I can't breathe and I struggle to breathe and I feel dizzy. This comes and goes. Is this more serious than what the doctors tell me? I don't have a family history of anything bad (minus high blood pressure on my mom's side) and I eat healthy and excersize and I'm not obese. Although I have had athsma when I was very young. When I think about it I get nervous and aggitated. Stress as I know, is bad for you. I tend to confuse heart malfunctions and stress and anxiety as being the same thing, but are they?

i had sex for the first time with my girl friend, but i started doing fingering, but in shock i did it for a long time..after that inner side skin of her vagina got swollen up and she was in pain..it was first time sex 4 both of us..then there was a little blood which came out of her vagina...she didnt have anything that day in food...
Please somebody help me out me n my girl friend are really tensed...we cant visit doctor..is it a desease or its normal if done 4 the first time..Pls tell some ayurvedic medicine or some foods to eat if it is because of her sex weakness...if there some doctor here on yahoo pls help..

Wonder if anyone had this "Papular Urticaria" b4? I work in a petshop for almost a yr, however 2 months back, I've got bites all over my body, looks like mosqitos bites but took serveral days or even weeks to recover.... worst still it leave scars =( e itch is terrible! I've tried serveral creams.. ect: Dermovate still no help~ It's neither Fleas or Ticks bites... maybe Mosqitos.. bt without fail, I apply insects repellent, still no help leh.... =(

I'm always wearing a black band t-shirt and a hoody and half my friends say i dont wear enough color while the other half who are goths dont say anything and i feel like i should start dressing more girly but i dont really want to. i like regular t-shirts but do i need more color?? im so confused lol!

The bumps are new, I have been feeling dehydrated ( I already know that I am not though) for the past two weeks. The bumps are about the size of a sunflower seed kernel. Plus two bigger ones on the right and left of the far back. I also have white blister looking patches on the back of my throat.
