I have tried many ways to keep me alert but these are the ones that really works apart form coffee:

1. GLUTAPHOS - it contains glutamic acid which stimulates excitatory nerves to transmit impulses faster. Take 1 just before you sleep and I guarantee that youll be up from your bed like a warrior when you wake up

2. A COLD GLASS OF WATER - our body constantly needs pure water to function. Drink at least a glass every hour to keep your metabolic funcitons working

3. GINSENG - its pretty much like an energy drink except that this one works better and has also many more advantages

4. FISH OIL - enhances neuronal growth in the brain so it allows you to be a multitasking person. it also enhances blood circulation therefore delivering more oxygen to the brain.

5. GINKGO BILOBA - a very effective food supplement if you also want to enhance memory. it also enhances the circulation and brings more oxygen to the brain. more oxygen to the brain, more alert.

wake up the first time the alarm goes off, and don't go back to sleep. Then meditate for 20 minutes on whatever it is you have to do that day. It will feel like you just got 400 hours of sleep during those 20 minutes. I know it sounds wierd, but ask anyone who meditates.
