i had sex for the first time with my girl friend, but i started doing fingering, but in shock i did it for a long time..after that inner side skin of her vagina got swollen up and she was in pain..it was first time sex 4 both of us..then there was a little blood which came out of her vagina...she didnt have anything that day in food...
Please somebody help me out me n my girl friend are really tensed...we cant visit doctor..is it a desease or its normal if done 4 the first time..Pls tell some ayurvedic medicine or some foods to eat if it is because of her sex weakness...if there some doctor here on yahoo pls help..

not enough foreplay. before you engage in any type of sexual activity, you partner (in your case your gf) must be well lubricated. Foreplay will "get the juices flowing" in females. you broke a tiny slit of skin in her vagina. she wont die or get aids or anything, when you do actually have sex with her do it gently. it may hurt for her a little bit. take your time and she should be cool. make sure you two get some birth control, or condoms and enjoy the sex you two will have. you are each others first so be ready for some weird stuff to happen. its normal and okay. but if it persists, take it easy.

This is what we call breaking the virginity for a woman, she is no longer a virgin. she has entered womanhood, the door is now open. The blood signifies a bond that she has tied with you. This is supposed to be done when you are married because the bond is for life. From now on she will never forget you in her whole life. No matter how many men she will ever sleep with.

First of all, how old are you? If you're underage then I'd definitely get help because you don't know what the hell you're doing. She should go to a Dr or speak to an adult and you need to learn how to protect yourself. Sex is not a game. If you don't understand the basics of breaking a girls hymen then you need to knock it off until you do.

its nothing to worry about, its just her hymen that was broken. i really dont know if fingering can break ones hymen because as far as im concern, you can only break the hymen of your girlfriend by inserting yours in hers. if the swollen still there, try to use the boiled guava leaves , its a disenfectant and if the swollen still theres, try to drink a medicine with mefenamic acid but be sure to consult a doctor first to avoid allergies and prevent dangers that may arise.

Very normal. It may even happen a couple more times before sex is fun and feels good for her too. No disease. Be gentle with her and use a lubricant. You can get ky at wal-mart. If you are too embarrassed for that use vaseline.

Don't worry it often happens the 1st time. Be smooth with her, tell her u will pay attention to what she tells you, if it hurts or not, if she likes it or not. Communicate is very important. Chill out, and it will be ok.
