Tough to say. There are actually medical tests that you would need to determine if you are a dwarf. Whether or not you are, yo are still the same size. Will knowing make a difference? Possibly, because dwarfs actually have specific medical issues associated with their condition. But hey you are 18. What did the docs say as you grew up?

A dwarf has other disadvantages as well as height. One big disadvantage is not being able to lift their arms to far above their heads. Another characteristic is malformed hands and/or feet.
You may have a disorder that is causing your lack of growth.
But tip, if you have a big heart, does your question really matter? I know people over six feet tall that have the hearts (and brains) about the size of raisins. Don't ever let the body determine where the mind is going to travel.

Yes, if you are 18 or over in age and your height is shorter than 3 ft, 11 inches you are considered a dwarf.
I am 5 ft. tall and female. The world is not made for the short women of the world. I can't even get into my own kitchen cabinets without a step stool. The world is made for men who are at least 5 ft. 10 inches. It is just something we got to deal with and get an equalizer if we have to.

Little People of America (LPA) defines dwarfism as a medical or genetic condition that usually results in an adult height of 4'10" or shorter, among both men and women, although in some cases a person with a dwarfing condition may be slightly taller than that.

Well Dwarfism is when your legs and arms are disproportionate (sorry if i spelt that wrong) to their body. If you dont look stumpy, for lack of a better word, you could just b a midget.
Theres a different. You are aprobably a midget.
