If you lost 50 pounds all that leftover skin isn't fat. Exercising will help tighten that up. I would suggest seeing a plastic surgeon to get rid of the extra skin. I am 6'3 and weigh 190lbs. If you are a girl id say your weight is ok, but if you are a guy. You need to gain a little weight because you are seriously underweight. Good luck. I drink a lot of Green Tea because it helps your metabolism, which in turn helps your body metabolise food faster. Definitely exercising is key, and stay away from fast food. I know it sounds crazy, but nutritionists say you should only eat Fast Food once a month if that. Watch "Super Size Me" and it might change your view on fast food.

My advice, just as you have stated yourself, is to exercise. It is the healthiest, not to mention most effective way to lose weight and or tone muscles. It may not be the fastest way, but if you are looking to keep the pounds off permanently it is the best route to take.
Besides, when you exercise (consistently) you can eat pretty much anything as long as you eat it in moderation/proper portion size. I also think that what you want to do is tone your muscles, not lose weight, but whatever floats your boat.
As to what people are saying about giving up the TASTY foods: I say you shouldn't deny yourself what you want, that just makes things worse. Apply some discipline to eating and instead of ordering super-size fries go for the small. Learn to enjoy and savor your food as well- believe it or not it actually helps you to loose weight.
One last thing-- don't eat any carbs after 5:00 PM and try to eat at least three hours before you go to bed. You do not want to have to sleep on a full stomach.
Here is also a website where you can look up some tips for loosing weight, toning muscles and all that jazz:

Hope this helped.

When you lose and lot of weight without exercise you will end up with a lot of flabby as you did. Stop trying the quick fixes and give up the TASTY foods you love, give up starches (bread, rice, pasta). Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. I use 32 oz cups, one in the morning and one in the evening and I'm done.
Exercise will tone up that flabby skin, some people have to have surgery to get it REMOVED so stop being LAZY!

Exercise and diet. Drink lots of water too. If you are too lazy to exercise find something that's fun. Walking, or swimming are not too hard, and both can be fun.
