Mental Health - December 2006

i have a granduncle whos memory has been getting a lot worse lately.he sometimes...actually a lot of times repeats certain things that he has mentioned earlier.once his daughter fell down the stairs in her work place and hurt herself so she couldnt go to work for a while.she called and told her parents of course.when they came over to her house he asked her why she wasnt at work.she said she had already told him earlier that she wasnt well.he then asked her whether it was a fever or a flu she was having.he actually put his hand on her forehead to see if she had a fever.so she had to tell him again that she had actually fallen down.
its really sad to see him that way.what sort of disease could cause it.

i ran out and now i am feeling so weird and my head is pounding ...I have never been addicted to anything but i am scared i am withdrawing from it..I am getting a refill tomorrow but i need to know how to get off of them..can i ween myself? please help!

Does anyone know if seroquil or depkote (anti depressants) for bi-polar are supposed to make you highly irritable upon awakening. Im knocked out so hard when I wake up Im really mean and irritable,in the morning anything sets me off anyone knwo anything about this?

I lost my job day before yesterday due to oppose undue things to do. Now following the word's by Poet T. S. She is 11 and she seems depressed....she is never happy anymore... so I had her take a test today online and her score was like a 75 and 56 says severe depression. I dont know what to do.......... I dont want her taking medication for the rest of her life but I dont want her depressed.... what do I do?

I normally suffer from periodic depression, but it always gets worse around the holidays. It seems especially bad this year since I broke up with my girlfriend and I'm stuck working at my crappy overnight job on christmas eve to christmas morning and on new years eve. How can I pull myself out of it and cheer up?

he treated me awful in the end but i still find myself thinking of him and missing him cuddling me and things its awful, i want him to call me, i can,t believe it all i loved being with him. i feel so hurt, why do i still look back at how nice he was to me and how could he be so different. , my friend said i look sad this week i hate losing someone. i felt i loved him. i want to forget though.

selfish, don't care, or are rude even family...or am I alone in these feelings..

It seems all the problems are unending and never stop and all come in groups. What do you do to help yourself when you feel like this (I do suffer from clinical depression)...and do you ever feel like this..how often?
