Are you still in school? Talk to your guidance counselor. That's what they're there for.

talk to someone you know you can trust. I have always had a really hard time talking to my parents about it, but I talk to my aunt all of the time. Also, maybe if you are still in school, talk to a teacher you really like and trust, the school nurse, a school couselor, maybe a pastor or someone from church. I was diagnosed with depression 9 months ago, and I still ask that same question, but I have found that the school nurse is super to talk too and really helpful as is my aunt. Just make sure that you are really open with whom ever you choose so that they can help you. Good luck, I totally know where you're coming from.

School counselor, school nurse, priest/pastor. If your parents knew, however, perhaps you could add the best choice: PHYSICIAN.

I didn't seek help until a few weeks ago, i went to my doctor. he helped me. i was so scared to tell anybody. but i first told my mother that i wanted to find out what was wrong with me and she supported me. Talk to your doctor, he/she will help you and guide you on what you should do.
good luck!!
