Yeah, January pretty much sucks in general. The anniversary of my mom's death (five years now) is the same weekend as my birthday.

It's cloudy, it's winter, and birthdays past 35 are crap anyway.

buck up, little camper. It could be worse - I'm not sure how, but it can always be worse...

Well, it would seem that I too have a certain time of the year throughout my life where bad things seem to happen but I know now that is a false belief.
Every year I think winter time is going to suck and every year I find reasons why it seems to. I realize now it isn't this magically bad time of year, it is me not owing up to the fact that I am dooming practically six months of every year of my life. I try very hard to look for the good things and maybe if you could find one good thing about birthdays before the birthday comes and then during it you too can change the "downer" a birthday gives you to something better. (If that is what you are looking for)

First I even could propose that you study more beneficial about karma. Its no longer so basic as you're featuring it. i do not propose that as an insult, I propose the idea of kharma is actual fairly complicated and may likely be exciting to you given the recommendations you're thinking. Its large that you're looking and wondering about this stuff. Its comprehensible that having been abused you experience so powerless and its all so unfair. you may both stay disenchanted and indignant and characteristic tantrums about it putting ahead that the international sucks or you may take potential and potential out of your adventure and turn it right into a sturdy element (sounds terrible yet any such vast quantity of have come out of undesirable thoughts as even enhanced more beneficial helpful human beings!) a first step may be to surrender defining each and everything and all of us as sturdy or undesirable. merely accepting what got here about to you and what takes position to others may be very sturdy for you. it is how that is. Its no longer sturdy or undesirable. There are a lot of readings accessible that could be so helpful to you and also you look rather open and able to larger issues merely no longer the "god" all of us is preaching about. you've a call (rather you do) be at liberty or be indignant. the answer is undemanding no? sturdy success!

I think so, but i think its totally all in our heads. Its like we remember that something bad happened the year before so we instantly have a negative outlook and that effects what actually happens, or how we interpret whats happening. Sorry to hear that your birthday isnt so happy...try thinking of your next birthday as something very positive and get that nasty memory out of your head. i know, easier said then done, but try it!

For me it used to be January but that's switched the past couple of years and now it's been Feb, although this December has been rough!

IT ALWAYS SEEMS THAT AROUND THE HOLIDAYS BAD THINGS HAPPEN BUT I THINK THAT'S MORE BECAUSE EVERYBODY'S MORE ORIENTED WITH OTHERS INSTEAD OF THEM SELVES SO THEY NOTICE IT MORE.
