Here's the deal: if you THINK you are crazy, then you are not. The people who are really crazy think they are fine and everyone else has the problem. Got it?
If you think you have a problem with anxiety or depression, get an appointment with your family physician, or look in the yellow pages under Mental Health and see if there are any low-cost community mental health care resources you can take advantage of at little or no cost.

The whole world seems crazy these days. I say hop on and enjoy the ride. Many times, it helps to talk to someone, maybe a Doctor who can reassure you that you are OK or offer some help if he feels you need it. Best..................

First of all if you are serious you shouldnt listen to half of the heartless ignorant people on here when they tell you to do negative things and you should listen to the people that say you need to get help. find some place or someone to help you. good luck.
