i hate everyone- even myself i cut myself i feel like i feel fake-worthless i have thought about suicide and i always want to be hurt or dieing i used to be outgoing now i never say a word unless i have to i cant sleep i am never hungry i just want to die what is wrong what should i do i cant talk to my parents or friends what should i do should i end it am i crazy

They must know that I self harm because it's really obvious, why do they ignore it?It only makes me do it again and again cos they keep ignoring me and I keep on telling them I'm down and depressed but they seem to think I'll grow out of it. I don't even know whats brought it on. I wish they would talk to me.
Can anyone help me?

i think my mom might be depressed. she sleeps practically from the time i leave for school to the time i come back, which is around 3 pm. i can't get her to go outside with me or practically get her to do anything but eat and sleep. i'm really scared. oh, and she seems to be having mood swings a lot. one moment she's really happy, and hugging me and the next moment she's sad and she says that she's old and is never going to be beautiful. what does it seem like is wrong?

I have a nephew that when he was little was the average kid. He had friends, was in little league, did good in school, plus he was a social person. Now at age 22 he is very, very, (and again) very withdrawn and hardly speaks at all. He plays on the computer literally from the time he wakes up to the time he goes to bed. When you ask him to do something he either won't do it, or you have to "let him know in advance" that a task needs to be done because he can't anything at the "spear of the moment". When you do ask him to do something now, he will get very argumentivie and start screaming at the time of this lungs. My sister claims he has been tested and is told he has autism. My sister does tend to stretch the truth. So I don't know if she telling the truth or not. I think that my sister has contributed to this behavior. She will give him EVERYTHING he wants. Oh by the way, at age 22 he has never had a job. So my question is, is he really autisic?

i have two choice stay in my country and study the session that i dont like and in not good univercity or to go abroad with out my family and study there i dont know how it will be and it make me anxious .
if i go abroad i dont know how should i work to have some income and if my parents wants to provide me it cost alot and i dont have anyone there that could help me and support me & if i stay in my country i wont have light future becuse study in the session and univercity that you dont like make you nerves

I've been dating a wonderful man who is bi-polar, we love each other very much.. but I'm going nuts! We are both in our 40's. He flip flops back and forth.. he will say something one night.. that is wonderful.. but then a week or so later.. completely contradict what he said.. then he'll go back again.. like: I love you very very much and I'm falling in love with you... but then a few weeks later he'll say: I love you very very much.. but I'm not "in love" with you.. then a few weeks later he goes back to falling in love with me! Cripes! I love him very much and would love to keep building a relationship with him.. is this typical of someone that is bi-polar?
And please this is very serious to me.. only serious answers..
