I'm going to run out of the ativan in a few days. No medical insurance and the process to get medi-cal is enough to put me over the edge.

I want to try a natural supplement as I don't have to get a prescription. Any suggestions?

Rum !! A very large bottle. AND if you heat it gently in your microwave before sipping this wonderful substance, its highly desirable properties go to work faster.

AND rum is 100% natural all the way.

First, she should be under the care of a psychiatrist who knows all the meds she takes. Second, I don't think that SSRI's interact with many meds. They're pretty safe when used as prescribed. Ativan is pretty powerful, and can cause dependency (I think). I think it's a pain med, but I know that it can be used for people that are severely agitated. It's very common for people to take many meds that appear to overlap. The ativan won't treat her mental issues, and the SSRI's won't treat her pain. So, she probably should be taking both. But, like I said, the Ativan is pretty addictive, so you might be concerned about that.

If you are a natural person you should try cognitive behavioral therapy. It was the only thing that has helped me with my horrible health anxiety. Read here https://tr.im/0a4vd

Your thinking determines your quality of life. Your thinking is what causes you these feelings:

Anxious, fearful, stressed or depressed
Constantly worried, or angry about something that is happening in your life
Struggling to overcome obsessive and negative thoughts.

If you change your thinking, you will change your life. This is the basic idea behind CBT for anxiety. The Cognitive part is where you learn nee methods and ways to change your same old habits and thinking patterns. If you keep thinking and expecting the worst – You will continue to suffer.

You probably shouldn't try it because the improper mixture of some chemicals could poison you and it could be fatal. I guess you should get your bottles together and call the poison control center to see if those medicines have a negative reaction. I'm not a doctor, but I wouldn't risk taking that and something bad happen.

I am not doctor and advise that you should see one. Benzodiazepines are commonly prescribed with Prozac and since generics are available the cost, even without coverage, is minimal.

get in touch with the company who makes ativan, look it up on the web, they will help you through your doctor to get you the meds free if you cannot afford them. It is a fast process, not slow.

lt's best to consult a doctor just to be sure, What we may take could be harmful for us just because we've tried it before and many people got better after taking it. Better be safe than sorry.
