Gent! Give over. Pick up your remote and put it back together. Switch your Sky box off, then turn it on again. Hopefully your problem will have gone. If not, just watch "Afterlife" on ITV in fifteen minutes.

Geek is somewhere in cyberspace, but don't forget, it doesn't take much for life to take over from the pc.

Do you get like this a lot? You could have a problem with your blood sugar. Look up symptoms of hypoglycemia.

Relax. It's the weekend. We all get upset sometimes. But I agree with the idea of exercise. Whatever the problem may be, whether psychological or physical, the walk will help. Check with a doctor if it happens often b/c it could be something medical.

Now, enjoy the rest of your day. :)

go and get a big stick. it works just the same as a remote but you need a steadier hand. you can sit on the couch and use the stick to press the buttons on your sky box, it works for me and i save a fortune on batteries!
