yeah, boys do it. If he does it only a little bit and secretly - don't do anything. they all do it, this is how they grow up. it is quite typical for a 13-15 year old. It is no surprise he wants to look at 16 year olds - still very young, but fully developed bodies. Good thing he's not into 5 year olds or 80 year olds.

Its as normal as it gets. But you may want to have him buy some mags over using the computer, using the computer for porn sites is a great way to pick up viruses and spy-ware.

Age of your brother
Age of the girls he's looking at ( we don't need anymore child predators out there)
