Mental Health - September 2006

Lately i've been feeling extremely exhausted, and I don't know if it is just a phase that i'm going through or if i should be worried. i'm taking prozac, topamax, and trileptal.( and i've been taking them for a few months now) ...has anyone else had this problem, and what did you do about it?

What makes a person cruel and evil when angry? They say things completely out of character and are not themselves. Will this person become physically abusive as well as verbally and mentally abusive? She may be possibly bipolar and I am concerned about the welfare of her 3 yr old daughter. I need serious answers please..

I want to use my computer as an alarm clock. Are there any good programs out there? Or do you know how to set a scheduled task using the XP? I was hoping for one to start playing a song. I have a hard time waking up in the morning. I can sleep through most about anything. It takes alot to actually get me up. Well Thanks in advance!!

been adddicted to diazepam/valium/xanax/temazepam for years if so what was the out come.I have been mixing this stuff with booze for years(10) now im falling apart physically and mentally.

im always thikin people hate me or are mad at me. n i hate it so much that sometimes it makes me want to do stupid things n kill myself. i dont smoke weed. or nytin. n im very paranoid too . I have severe anxiety and depression, was actually diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder as a child. I know that Lexapro (10 mg) is supposed to have the least side affects. But now, instead of feeling really anxious, I'm bawling like a baby all the time. Any ideas about other medications would be welcome. Yes, I'm going to have my doctor prescribe me something else.

I met this girl at School, she seemed rather ignorant. But the more I talked to her the more I liked her. As time went on I finally decided to do something about it so I told her I loved her in french. As time went on we flirted more and more, but there was just something in the way and I couldnt say what I felt. The next quarter I saw her again and stupidly let the words " I miss you" stumble out. So she didnt take it lightly and I figured thats ok but now as time goes on I still can not get over this girl. Every time I see her my heart paces a million miles. And I can not stop thinking about her. I just want to move on with my life and let her move on with hers. She drove me to near insanity just with her presence, I began to cut myself just to try and forget her and I was even hospitalized for talking about suicide. Im usually a rational person and I am not a stalker. My question I pose to everyone is how do I just get along and move on and be happy again? only 20 characters to go.

I have been taking 10mg daily Lexapro, and 0.25mg Xanax as needed for the last month. I just had a positive pregnancy test and my doctor has taken me off my medications as of this Monday. It has been a couple of days and I am already feeling a lot of withdrawl symptoms (headache, dizziness, brain numbness, and slight tremors). My doctor said to just tough it out, but this is awful. I am currently working full time and next week I will be driving across the country to move. Is there ANYTHING at all that I can do to make myself feel better. I am drinking as much water as I can and trying to exercise daily, but I feel so terrible. Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
