I too suffer from depression so I know abit about how you may be feeling. In your instance I would be getting myself to a doctor straight away or your psychiatrist if you have one. If your close with family or have close friend, contact them and let them know how you are feeling also. Good luck!

Depression is a chemical imbalance in your brain--and it can happen at any time in your life, for any reason. If you are feeling sad, hopeless, have thoughts of suicide, and can't find pleasure in things you once did, you probably suffer from clinical depression. The pain that you are in is horrible (mentally, emotionally, and probably physically), but the good news is that depression is extremely treatable. With counseling or therapy, or often times both, most people with depression are able to make an almost-complete recovery. Talk with your doctor about it, and if money is a problem, ask about counseling centers and clinics in the area that offer services on a sliding-scale basis (you pay only as much as you can--sometimes this is nothing at all). If it helps, talk to your family and friends about it. Make sure they know that you're feeling down, and are able to support you--friends are a large part of recovery as well.

You sound as if you are clinically depressed and may need the help of a Therapist or a Psychiatrist. If you are feeling down you may be clinically depressed. Why not call your doctor and make an appointment so that you can find out what is going on with you.

Well, I believe that it is time to begin living life to its fullest. What stops a person from living his or her life to the fullest usually is based around a low self-esteem.

Here's the secret window to happiness and the real cure for this type of depression that the scores of pharmaceutical companies don't want anyone to know, in my opinion: when a person realizes that he doesn't need other people to make himself happy, he will become happy. A person can't live his life to please another person. So, in order to be happy, one has to do the things that makes him happiest, whether that be a vacation, moving, changing a job that sucks, getting new friends, going on a date, or finding himself spiritually/emotionally/intellectually.

Good Luck in your journey for TRUE inner happiness.

You should get something going in your life. A hobby or donate your time. Once you start involving yourself in things you will find the you think of the bad moments in your life less and less. Also it always makes you feel good when you help someone else.

Don't worry about what others think you need to focus on what your goals in life are and what you are going to do to achive them. That has worked for me. For the pain just try to keep busy. if you're busy then you don't have time to think of being depressed therefore you wont be hurting.

first, use a spell checker
next, click your heels together three times and repeat after me
"there's no place like home, there's not place like home"
if that doesn't work
get yourself to a doctor...a psychiatrist...quickly
they are the only ones that can properly diagnose your symptoms, and prescribe the appropriate medicines

if that will take a while.
get drunk...so drunk that you get sick, vomit, cramp up, feel terrible for a day or two...then...you will appreciate being sober, lucid, and feeling good...
