Just remember it is your own opinion that counts not everyone elses. Talking to someone about the prob will help you situation but if you don't like the advice that they give you remeber they are just trying to help you out. Do not take it peronally just try to take it with a much bigger heart okay. I have the same problem at times but then I think to myself that it only matters what i think not what everyone else thinks.
If you want we can about this some more. I have a open heart and talking to strangers can sometimes help plus what do you that school psychologist is a stranger.

By all means talk to the school psychologist but also make an appointment and talk to your gp. You could always print off this question and take it with you if you think you may not be able to express yourself well enough in a face to face situation with a doctor.
As you are still at school it could be age related where you are becoming more aware of yourself and feeling shy but as you are concerned and you have already started taking steps to help yourself by posting on this forum, I am confident you will be able to work through this, with or without medication.
Best of luck and note that nobody on here has said they hate you but have taken time to respond to your question and offer you their support. See, you are worth something.
Any chance you can update us after you have spoken to the psychologist?

Yes, hon, you should tell your school psychologist all of this. Psychologists work with conditions that affect the mind, and it's treatment.
It may be that s/he will need to refer you to a doctor (medical doctor) for the correct medications to be prescribed ... that's assuming it is medication that you need. Counselling (talking about how problems affect you, and how to best deal with them) is another option that's available.
You've made the first step on the road to recovery, do the right thing and take the next step ... talk to someone, starting with the psychologist.
Best of luck, and do take care. You really do need to come to terms with why you wish to do things like kill yourself. There really is no need for you to feel that way.

Yes tell your school psychologist. Hopefully she will recommend you be seen by a doctor so you can talk about things that trouble you and who may prescribe Zoloft or some other medicine that can reduce your paranoia.
Do you drink a lot of caffeine? Too much caffeine makes us all a little paranoid.

yeah, talk to your school psychologist. also though, ask about all the non-medication ways that you can get help... maybe yoga or something, i don't know. but see if there is any way possible that you could improve for the better without medication. if you need it, by all means, go ahead and use it... just see what other options there are first.
try to think of ways to boost your confidence... what are you good at? why don't you do it more, and ask people that you trust what they think? it might help to know that other people love you for who you are and value your talents and personality.

You are on the right track by going to the school psy. It sounds more like borderline personality disorder though. Check it out on the net. Be honest with the psy. tomorrow. The honesty will only help you. Good luck.

You should tell her all of this and you should also make an appointment to see your doctor. Please get some help as soon as possible, there are medications to help with this.
You should also think about being checked for dislexia. Please don't be offended by this.
As for being promiscuous in the past, forgive yourself and get on with your life. Try to be better in the future, but don't beat yourself up over past mistakes.
I hope you get the help you need and please don't ever think about suicide. If you are alive, you can work things out and make things better. If you are dead, there is no chance to make things better and you will never know how good it feels to be happy.
Good Luck with everything.

Absolutely share all of this with the school psychologist. Good for you for making an appointment ! Even though it all seems very overwhelming to you, she may have some effective ways to deal with it. Hang in there.

I never saw the point in councilling it always seemed that they would tell u stuff u already subconciously knew. always seemed tedious. the only person who can sort things out in your head is yourself.
I used to be the same, girlfriends cheating on me and messing my head up, but you either learn to get stronger from it, or you let it get to you and slowly become half the person you once were.
I hope some of this helps u, and that u dont do nething stupid.
Ps dont believe everything u read in magazines.
Nixon.
