Well I have an awful headache. I was delighted with myself for not going on line tonight as my last phone bill was 234Euro. I spent the whole night sorting photographs and putting them on a disc to send to a friend. I was just about to go to bed and thought I would just see if I had any new mail and found that I had been on line for the past 7 hours......A friend called me this evening asking what she should do about a pulled muscle and I went on line to see, and forgot to disconnect the blooming thing. I could have had a whole night on line. Anyway I will not let it get me down. There is a reason for everything. I don't know what to say to you to make you feel better and I wonder if you should go and see a doctor tomorrow .He might give you something to help. It is a little worrying to hear you cannot remember when you went to bed. Maybe you are just exausted and you needed the sleep. They say you should see a doctor if you are depressed but I would be the last one in the world to agree to that. But that is just the way I am. I am feeling ill myself at the moment and am a little scared to go to sleep but, hey, what's the point in worrying. Either I will be here tomorrow or I won't and being scared will not change anything. So I will try to sleep in a while and I hope you will find something to do to see you through the night. You will hardly sleep if you have been out for the count since Monday. Have something to eat and put the tv on and come back here again. You have lots of people here to talk to. Take it easy.

i wish you had described your exact symptoms dealing with depression. i am a 9 year survivor of depression and feel i can address any issue related to it because i've been there, done that.
depression is a hideous disease. it strips you of your self-worth, caused you to lose the ability to find pleasure in anything, and leaves you feeling desperate and suicidal.
you need to see a psychiatrist ASAP. only he/she can make the proper diagnosis. if it is depression, there is hope. all types of anti-depressants and anti-anxiety drugs are available to alleviate your depression. most take 3-6 weeks to kick-in so you feel the full benefit.
you can't fight this battle alone. that's why it's important to hook up w/a psychiatrist. hopefully, you have a strong support group to assist you through this crisis. you MUST, MUST see a psychiatrist. he/she'll listen to your symptoms and prescribe the drug(s) that will most probably help you. please listen to my reply. keep us posted about your health.
depression IS NOT your fault. it is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. anyone can be afflicted with this ugly disease. the drugs you will be prescribed will help to re-establish the necssary chemical balance.
if you do not have insurance coverage or money to pay for a doctor visit and medication, call your nearest hospital or clinic. they will not turn you away without receiving the necessary medical attention needed.
best of luck, FRIEND.

Go and sit in the full sun for 10-15 minutes, put on some clothing that is yellow, and or orange.
Yellow will give you clarity of thought, help you to concentrate more, and orange will give you energy.
Don't worry too much about the other day, no one was interested in it so it was cancelled. Lol.

I find this happens to me sometimes. I jump in the shower get dressed and go for a good walk breathing in all the air. I also look at people and perhaps make a little story about them so it takes your mind away from it

Henry and Mildred have been married for 70 years, and Mildred was feelin' poorly, so Henry took her to the doctor. She was in his office for over 2 hours, and when she came out, she seemed a bit distressed. On the way home, Henry said, "What did the doctor say, Mildred? "
"OHHHH, Henry, The doctor said I have a terrible disease and there's only one way to keep it under control"
"How ya gonna do that, Mildred"
"He said I've gotta have sex ever' day fer the rest of my life"
"Thet's O.K. with me, Mildred. You can pencil ME in fer Valentine's Day"

Seriously, I hope you will call your doctor. He can point you in the right direction. If you don't have a doctor, the American Medical Society can refer you to one. Good Luck.

Honey I really believe that you are clinically depressed. You should go to a doctor to find out if you need to be put on an anti-depressant or not. If you are clinically depressed there is help out there if you need it. Do yourself a favor and go see a therapist or a psychiatrist.
