if so how do you deal with it?
if you don't mind i would like to know because i don't think i deal with things like i should

I did when I was younger. Then I went to counseling and learned some different ways of coping and thinking. I wholeheartedly recommend counseling. They are professionals who care, and will help you learn new things about yourself and new ways of dealing with the world.

before you do something you must know what are the consequences of your actions they can be good or bad so its up to you what way to go....if you know something is bad and you do it anyways you cant regret it because you knew it. So I deal with this by accepting the consecuences of my actions all I have to do is choose what hurts the least to me and to the people around me

Many times I feel like I am being punished somehow for things I've done in my past. They always say, "What goes around, comes around." Sometimes that's true.

i first observe the situation and then i pray. i think about how it happened and i sometimes think that they're is better things to do then pity yourself and instead of pitying your self i try help out the situation and i get over it.

You need to write.. write and get it all out. Keep a journal or something.
