I have tried tylenol every time and I still have my head ache. I was wondering is there anything that works?

I had a severe kidney infection last year and i almost died from it. Ive been taking hydrocodine for like a week. I take 1 at night before bed, thats when i need it the most. I posted a question lastnight regarding some pain i was having on my right side right under my rib. It's like a burning feeling and i also feel some pressure. Like something wants to burst. It was also affecting my hip bone. It felt really sore to the touch. It was all VERY painful and i would like to know if that could possibly be my kidney!! It's really worrying me!! I want to know if my pain killer could be bad for all this or WHAT!?!?!?!?!?!? And how long can you be on a pain killer?? My doctor says take it as needed. But how long is too much?

.......when you want a 'jam tart' or a 'Barry White'? I picked up a bug in the 'fluffy sheriffs badge' area & I thought that I needed to let off a little gas. Sadly, and stinkingly stickily, I dropped a tea-spoon of botty jam instead. Why didnt my toosh know the difference?
