I have one of those back massagers from bed bath and beyond that you can attach to the back of a chair or lay it flat. Very fast and very affective. They cost about 100 bucks, but its worth it. Especially if you're like me and just had back surgery a few months ago! Its also great if you have to play with your kids all day!

Pilates for beginners! It's difficult, but it works! I have a very bad back (scoliosis, osteoarthritis, and a bulged disc) and went to physical therapy twice a week for month. When I started, I could barely walk. Now, my muscles are relaxed and I am in very little pain at all.

VERY VERY GOOD QUESTION!!!There are many things you can do to relax. Try visiting an adult super store for some relaxation products.
