Yes. Its not uncommon.
It is also common for fibro people to get tendonitis, which is a swelling of the tendons of your hands, which can block off circulation a bit, and cause the numb/tingling feeling.
I have the tendonitis in my right hand. My brother who also has fibromyalgia gets arm spasms so bad he can barely work or play his guitar anymore :(

The only things I can tell you to do about it is try non-steroidal anti-inflamatory drugs like Alieve or ibuprofen or tylenol. You could also try something like 'Ben Gay" or "Icy Hot", that would increase circulation to the area.

First, one must accept the fact; any sensation is neurological in origin, not circulatory. The symptoms outlined in the question suggest a pretty progressed problem with the brachial nerves. Neural compression will cause an anesthetic response if that pressure has been present for any time.. the other symptoms suggest an inflammatory process involving those same nerves.

Fibromyalgia is usually associated with the general area of the body (torso). Would suggest you get another opinion..if that is the present diagnosis.. get an opinion from a chiropractor also. This symptom is not one unusual for them to see and treat.

try wearing wrist splints at night. you can get these at the drug store and target, etc. you can also treat the numbness/tingling with ibuprofen, however i would talk to your doctor first to make sure that a long-term ibuprofen regimen is safe for you.

the wrist splints will help keep your wrists in their "natural" position, which generally opens up the cavaties that hold your carpal and ulnar nerves (the 2 nerves that can cause your symptoms) and allows proper flow of the electrical impulses.

Neuropathy is just a painful disease but with the guide of Dr. Randall Labrum, Neuropathy Solution, a guide you will find here https://tr.im/X0qfW you are able to remove thermosetting suffering that condition trigger it.
In the event that you follow all the treatment options presented in Neuropathy Solution book precisely your mind will launch endorphins, or “happy chemicals”, and these will help you counteract pain and alleviate stress.
The Neuropathy Solution does not have an excessive amount of principle, just useful assistance that you can put to function immediately.

Your symptoms sound more like carpal tunnel syndrome. I suggest you see your doctor.
