It also feels as though it maybe draining or something. Can someone help me out on this one?

I know the fluttering sensation you're talking about. The draining feeling, also, is a real red flag that points to ear infection. Once I had an infection that progressed so far as to cause a small perforation of the eardrum, and when this happened that "fluttering" sensation got much more pronounced. The pain got worse too, so don't delay in getting it looked at by a doctor.

Also, please don't try any "home remedies" like earwax removal systems or ear cleansing products - if you have an ear infection these things can cause serious problems. Good luck and feel better soon.

Go to your doctor. Infection is possible, could be a small insect. I just saw on the news a young football player had a beetle removed yesterday.

Either way, don't delay with your ears because hearing loss can be prevented if addressed quickly. Go to a Doctor today if possible.

Possibly an ear infection. Best go to the doctor if it doesn't clear up by tomorrow morning.

yes, you need to be seen by a doctor. It sounds like an inner ear infection to me. and you should be taking antibiotics. without treatment you could ruin your hearing. and the pain will get worse
