I basically want to know how you reduce the pain that you receive from computer work...which is caused by physical stress.

do you mean back and neck pain, physical pain or emotional/psychological pain? I can advise you further if you specify

best bet...get away from your computer for a few hours, go do something else...

sorry bud cant help you with the imagined pain you get from sitting at a computer doing nothing because i cant figure out how you are getting any real physical stress sitting in a chair with your feet on the floor why not be a man and get a real job doing real work were you actually get sore from working

I would massage your temples and just relax in a nice hot tub when you get home
