A tan makes me feel & look better somehow. Doctors warn against them for health reasons and to reduce skins aging. Still a tan makes me feel good. What do you think about tanning?

This morning I have had two..... I dont know what to do! I dont want to start again... but im scared that stopping again will be like going back to Day 1. And its so hard!!! Do I just put it behind me and get back on the patches and just pretend it never happened... will it be like Day 1?! Has it cancelled out my good work for 3+ months?! Please help..?

This really freaked me out! I wasn't moving my fingers. They were moving by themselves. Mainly my left index finger...I was trying to keep it straight, and it kept curling inward like there was some other force making it happen. I do spend a lot of time on the computer keyboard. I am a writer, web designer, and student. I have been taking Celexa, Depakote ER, and Clonazepam for a very long time. I know one of these is known to cause Tardive Diskinesia, but I haven't had any problems before with it (or these meds). I have also been on Zantac for quite awhile (with no problems). I just started taking Singulair and using Flovent and Albuterol Inhalers about a month ago. The most recent changes in my medications is: I just started taking Clonadine about 3 days ago, and I abruptly stopped taking Risperdal yesterday. (with doctor's approval)

I have trouble falling asleep at night, constantly thinking in bed about the troubles of the day and how im not going to fall asleep (know thats bad but i cant stop it!). i get 7-9 of sleep every night, but amazingly when i get like 3 hours of sleep i feel less fatigued. when i sleep for 7-9 hours its soo hard to get up in the morning and i feel constantly like im going to fall over and sleep during school. basically i feel horrible and its really hard for me to wake up to. when i hear my alarm clocks for some reason i always turn them off (in a groggy + half sleep mood). i feel crappy after 7-9 hours of sleep and im groggy and mean when i wake up and its really hard to get out of bed. help me!

What if someone's heart sped up when touched by a stethoscope and the doctor thought it was their real heart rate? Some people don't like stethoscopes and such you know... I get kind of jumpy around them, but haven't had this experience recently.

Did I mention this cold is really BAD!? :-)
My eyes are actually tearing down my face. I sneeze like 20-30 times an hour and my nose is combo stuffy/runny and just runs on it's own suddenly.
I took tylenol cold/multi symptom- but it almost seems to have made me worse. Why would that be?
I know I am the Mom and should have all the answers- but I just don't know what to do right now. (I haven't overmedicated so it's not a rebound effect thing)
This is one of the worst colds ever.

This is a highly politicial question, and I don't want your opinion, I want facts. Do not render an un-supported opinion. Drug companies in the US are awarded patents for producing new drugs. Patents are little time-limited monoplies, allowing those companies to charge high prices. But in this age of the internet, over-seas drug companies (in Canada) are making "generics" of those new drugs. When I asked my doctor about it, he called them "counterfit" and discouraged my buying them. Yet I'm highly suspicous. I have strong doubts that our friends in India specifically, have done anything less than simply doing a chemical analysis of the drug, copy it 100%, and produce it in a quality that is at least the quality of the US producer. They can do this because they don't need to worry about US patents.

I've had a bunch of veins near the surface since I was little. They're blueish, like a vein, just little circular bumps, and can bruise easily. They're really really close to the surface, yet don't bleed from force or anything (might if I cut it, but I'm not going to do that on purpose)

I was wondering how I could get rid of it, if it's possible, and what kind of birthmark it is.
