sounds like constipation. increase fluids, especially water. Increase the fiber in your diet- fresh fruits, vegetables and grains. Increase your activity level also- activity helps the movement of the bm and bowel functions. A stool softener (Colace) may be used. Or Milk of Magnesia can be taken to induce rapid intestianl evacuation. (don't use both, just one or the other Colace or MOM). Try the natural remedies first, but they won't work right away. However, you describe that you are having bowel movements, just small pellets, so the natural interventions should help to get the BMs back to a normal "consistency". Good luck.

go to doctor an tell him bout it. you may have a colon problem causing constipation or irritable bowel syndrome. he will do tests for that. i have similar problem but mine not as bad as yours sounds an theyve already tested me for problems with that but no abnormal results so they told me to eat more veggies, prunes and fiber. you can try doing that before you actually go to doctor but if it doesnt get better within a week i would make an appointment as soon as possible . i hope this helps you.

Milk of mag, mixed with prune juice. It's called "the bomb", it will get it all out in one shot. Drink it warm though, plus there is a 50/50 chance you'll throw up, but if you can keep it down, everything will get done in one shot!! :)

You need to drink more water in your diet and not eat so fast and get more fiber. Water and fiber are excellent aids in digestion.
