In pictures, my child has one red-eye pupil and one that is a milky white color. I have read from other sources that that can mean a possible brain tumor....

I am under 30, I do not have kids, and I make barely enough to pay rent. I really need to see a doctor and a dentist ASAP. If you have any resources, please let me know. I do this every night using the computer on my lap and laying in bed.When I lay down to sleep the base of my neck hurts .I have been doing this for quite sometime.My head bows forward when I do this.Now my neck feels weird at the base and somttimes when I lean forward and turn my head I feel something moving in the back at the base..Could I have damaged something in my neck badly or is it just a stift neck ?
