Please seek a good physiotherapy specialist. Your condition can be helped by exercise, also by special shoes and /or shoe inserts--podiatrist. Seek help--every bit helps. Good luck.

i too have flat feet. generic arch supports can help, but you should really go to a podiuatrist, they will have a much greater knowledge of what exactly is happening insiude your foot and they will also custom make the right arch support for you. I wore these for years and thay helped a lot. I am still flat footed but I feel as if i no longer need support.

there is no way to put an arch in your foot if you are flat footed.I would suggest you buy some good arch supports and put them inside your shoes ,you can use them in all your shoes...you might have to see a foot doc to get some good ones,but before i did that i would try to buy some at the store....

There is no way to correct flat feet. You need to wear good shoes and use an arch support that you can get from a podiatrist or a pedorthist.

There is no way to change your foot from flat to arch. Just be gald you have feet.

Try to use insole with high arch support, it should have been corrected when you were a kid. Anyway its not too late.

Actually there is surgery to correct congenital pes planus. See an orthopaedic surgeon.
