What's the best vitamin out there for a 14-year-old who hates all vegetables?

My granny lives in a very rich upper class appartment in the city and everytime i go there I get stared at to death. I know it's not common to see "tan hispanic looking" living b/c usually it's only whites and asians. Damn i feel like their stereotyping me or something..like it's impossible for a "tan hispanic looking" person to live in a yuppy neighborhood..gosh some people are so close minded. I think what their doing is rude, should i give them an evil eye?

Could this be an obsessive/compulsive behavior? I am 50 years old and can't stop,even when I am in pain and bleeding I continue to tear skin from my fingers, mostly my left thumb both pinkies and my left index and ring finger. I take prozac already and I don't seem to have a lot of stress in my life, but I just have to do this. I used to chew my nails but I quit about 15 years ago. I don't like to hold hands with my husband or rub his back because my hands are rougher than rough sandpaper, Help!!!

I'm an 18 yr. old male, who for the past year have been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks. I've turned into somewhat of a hypochondriac, but have gotten better about it.

I'm always cold it seems like.. and somehow just got this idea in my head that i have low blood pressure. I mean, I'm skinny but fit.

I've had a million tests done within the last year just to prove to me it's all anxiety. (complete blood counts, glucose tolerance tests, ekg, etc.. you name it.) So i've had my blood pressure checked by docs many times before, and they have told me nothing about it. I've always been told it's low, but it's good (I think he means low meaning it's not high blood pressure).

So am I just acting like a hypochondriac again since i get my blood pressure checked often? I get it checked at least twice a year for sports.

Here is the story. Recently my Grandmother was very ill and her chances were not good (fortunately she has turned around and is getting much better). My Mother, myself and the great grandchildren are in California and my Grandmother is in Pennsylvania, travel was not an option at the time. I called the hospital and asked the nurse and subsequently the superviser if it would be possilble to have a PC in her room with a net connection so we could connect via yahoo or msn messenger on webcam so she could see us. Hospitals have lots of PCs and someone has to have the skills to perform such a simple hook up. The idea was flatly shot down. Was I out of line to expect a lil cooperation and compassion in this situation. I would like some feedback, particularly from those in the medical field, IDEALY from someone in medical administration. This should be a service offered by hospitals in my opinion. Thank you

if we sleep at 3 am its much easier to get up at 10 but when you sleep at 10 pm its difficult to getup at 6 instead of longer duration of sleep

I know this is asked a lot but I don't care.

The problem is that my drug test is on Tuesday and I cannot get to any store to buy some Niacin. I have started taking B12 pills because they have niacin and they will keep my piss clear even after all the water I've been chugging.

I would like to take Niacin but because of Christmas, I doubt I'll be able to get any. Maybe Walgreen's?

My friend told me to take a q-tip, bend it so the ends touch, dip it in bleach, put it in a plastic bag and put it in my panties, then piss onto the q-tip then swirl it around in the piss as well. He did this like a month ago for his job and he passed. He also said drink bleach with milk... so his credibility in my eyes isn't really all that strong.

Don't answer if you're going to a) lecture me, b) tell me drinkning water won't help, because it does, or c) talk about your smoking stories because I haven't smoked in like... 4 days.... :(

I get sick on avrage every other month, this year alone I was on antibiotics 4 times and I just got sick the fifth. Does anyone have any info on what I could do to prevent getting sick, Any suggestions or opinions????? HELP

hi, this is weird and it just started happening just now for the first time, but, it sounds like I hear blood rushing through veins or vessels inside my ear, but just my right ear only, and it's creeping me out...what does this mean? i've heard it before but only when i'm laying down trying to go to sleep with my ear against the pillow...right now i'm sitting up..should I be worried? it's like it's beating with my pulse..thanks..

Someone who has been smoking for 7 years and wants to quit- and has access to fairly good health insurance- does anyone have experience getting health insurance to cover cost of medications, etc for quitting smoking? I know this depneds entirely on the plan- but I am curious about the procedure?
