You hate ALLLLL vegetables?? Any multivitamin should help you out, but they never give you all the nutrients you need from a daily intake of vegetables - they're only suplements to help you out. Try to find a way to fix veggies that you like them, or at least can tolerate them. The biggest things you're missing from eating veggies are Vitamin B and iron. An iron deficiency can be very serious - for that you can eat a lot of red meat, but at the same time your cholesterol could skyrocket. Try to eat some veggies!

Nothing can replace the natural vitamins available in Vegetables and Fruits. Please try to learn eating vegetables. Wipe out the idea from your mind that you "hate" vegetables. Of course you can try multi- vitamins or B-Complex tablets, in consultaion with your Doctor.
