You can exercise during a cold as long as you aren't extremely weak or are having difficulty breathing. I usually exercise durin mild colds, but severe ones I rest.

It wouldn't really help. If you have a cold and you excercise and your heart is working fast, you have a big chance of getting heart problems when you are older or just in the future. I wouldn't risk it. Wait until the cold has died down and then excercise.

Yes, mild exercise is good to get endorphins working, but your body also needs extra rest to help heal itself. The mild exercise could actually help you sleep better too, and create more of an appetite.

you can exercise while having a cold and it will help but not as much as we all hope lol. if you do exercise cut it in half of what you normally do just so you don't exhaust yourself. good luck and happy holidays=)
