darken the room or only use a small light in the room turn off the television as well as your mind and try to relax also try taking small sips of hot tea and that soothes you a little dress warm or cool whatever makes you comfortable and drift off to sleep if that doesn't help take a over the counter sleep-aide pill that will hel you sleep.......sweet dreams

first, look back to your past, seek for the persons you have hurt and have hurted you...settle it and say sorry even if its not your fault. it will give you peace of mind, and therefore there`S nothing thought that may make you feel bad - you will have a nice, good night sleep.
second, if you are workaholic give your time to relax - weekend would be great!!!
third, if the two mentioned above will not help you sleep - then try drinking, a glass of beer at night.
and if this three suggestion,would never give you an answer at all - i suggest you go to your doctor and ask for sleeping pills...

You can try taking a pill called melatonin, which will relax you enough to fall asleep on your own without the groggy feeling the next morning. You can get it at any grocery store in the vitamin aisle.

Me and you suffer from thee same thing i sometimes also can not get right to sleep. I have the answer i pray yep pray. Right now it is 1:57am on the 25th but i am about to get into bed and start praying. I get my rosary and start reciting it and before i know it I'm asleep and i don't even finish the rosary. Take a sleeping pill,
Dim the lights,
put a warm wash cloth over your eyes,
& massage the corners of your eyes (the dimples on the sides of your head).
The sleeping pill wont put you straight to sleep, but it will keep you asleep.
And DONT drink anything thatll just make you have to get up again to go to the bathroom.

u can try to drink some warm milk..if not start reading something in bed in dim kinda light so you fall asleep..
