i have a question to all bodybuilders how did you start working out
and how was a easy way to get muscles wat did you eat, drink
and how long did it take to get where you are right now

It took me my whole life to get to where I am right now.

Drink lots of water. Drink a whey protein isolate right after your workout and a slow whey protein mixed with uncooked oats right before you brush your teeth and go to bed. Eat steamed vegetables and a serving of meat that is about the size of the palm of your hand. Eat 6 to 8 small meals during the day. (Yes, the post workout shake counts as a meal.)

How did I start? I walked into the gym and started lifting.
