Goddamn i am going to start reporting everyone that simply answers 'go to the doctor'!!!!! If someone is asking a question on here they are looking for someone who might have a sensible yet practical answer to it.. not the obvious bloody statement of 'go to the doctor!!!' Your nose bleeds and headache coul dbe stress related, especially with your new job and if manual labour is something new for you, aswell as other stresses that you may no be consiously realising, stress plays a big part in a lot of health issues, so listen to your body and do what is best for you, listen to your intuition..

Go to a doctor. You might be hemopheliac (you don't have enought platelet to clot your blood). When you do manual labor (exercise) your blood pressure goes up, this can cause capilaries to pop. That is what causes a nose bleed in the first place, but you shouldn't be getting nose bleeds from lifting boxes or whatever.
Please, see a doctor...

How's your blood pressure?
Is it very dry at work?
Are you taking any medications that might dry out your mucous membranes?
