Only you can answer this Question.Will an hour be refreshing for you? Or will you not get up in time? Other wise I would say stay up.If I lay down for an hour i feel great and my body knows when an hour is past and I wake up.Cat nap.

Even a 30 minute nap do wonders. It was even promoted in most workplace to increase productivity. On that premise...2 hours may even be an oversleep.

Why did you stay up til 4 am? Why must you get up at 6 am? Go to bed and get up when you get up; and if it means you take a sickie; oh well, your health is worth more. You can get sick doing that.

I wouldn't, it's not long enough for my body to get into the most worthwhile sleep cycles, and it probably wouldn't be worth the grogginess for me... but that's just me, who knows how your body would react.

I probably wouldn't because it would just make me wake up groggy and even more tired. You can always take a nap later. :)

I wouldn't...if you're anything like me, those 2 hours will just make you more tired than if you'd have stayed up..Just drink some caffeine and you'll be ok.

if you really cant sleep,
meditate for 15 mins to 30 mins.
Tell yourself that that is enough recharge for you to last for the day.
I tried this method when i burnt midnight oil for my exam papers in the past and it works. =)
"Try to sleep now, close your eyes... ..."
