You have two of the key symptoms of diabetes excessive hunger (also known as polyphagia), excessive urination (polyuria), do you have excessive thirst and weight loss? You should consult with your physician and they will likely review your medical history, your family history, your medications, drug allergies, obtain a review of systems (they will ask you a bunch of symptoms from head to toe). A physician will likely review the history of your symptoms and will ask you what they are, how long have you had them, do you have any associated symptoms, what makes it better, the quality of your symptoms. Diabetes needs to be managed early to prevent its complications. Goodluck and do see a physician.

you,d better see a doctor. This just might be diabetes. Would be safer to see a doc than be sorry when you develop something way more serious and not be able to stop it before it happens to you.

Go to your doctor and ask for a blood test, especially your blood sugar. You just might be surprised to discover you're diabetic.
