My body temperature always seems to be very warm, but when I am sleeping it is very noticeable. My wife says it's like sleeping next to a furnace!

i assume that could be from several different things. i could say if you're snacking after dinner or eating a late dinner you could try not doing that. perhaps a ceiling fan or a fan nearby would help. do you break a sweat?

Eliminate the heat, No Sweat

Here is the bottom line. If you can eliminate the excessive heat that is delivered by a hot flash you will not sweat. If you have a hot flash during the day, what do you do? Do you put on a coat, look for a blanket to throw over yourself. I don't think so. What you will do is take off your coat, open your shirt (depending on location), put your head in the fridge or even the freezer, stand in front of a fan and do what ever you can to ELIMINATE THE HEAT. What you have just done is removed the heat that was brought to the surface by the hot flash. But now you have to be able to eliminate the heat while you are sleeping.

Eliminating the Heat while you sleep

There are many options for dealing with night sweats. Some of these options suppress your bodies natural needs and possibly make you suffer even longer. Some are there to collect the sweat while you are sleeping. Doctors will tell you make your room cooler.

Your body is set to sleep within a specific temperature range. If you are too cold or too hot you can not sleep. There is only one way that has been proven scientifically to keep your body at a constant temperature. That is the method employed by our product. In order to keep your body at a constant temperature and eliminate the excessive heat that comes form a hot flash you must keep the air moving between the sheets. This air will eliminate the heat and keep your surroundings cool as well. Once you have adjusted the system and become accustomed to the wonderful relief, you will forget it is even there.

Hey there,
Hyperhidrosis, also known as polyhidrosis or sudorrhea means excessive sweating; sweating too much
The most active regions of perspiration include the hands, feet, armpits and the groin area because of a relatively high concentration of sweat glands in those areas.
There are two types of hyperhidrosis. Primary focal hyperhidrosis refers to overactive sweat glands that affect certain areas of the body, such as the hands, feet, face or underarms.
This form of hyperhidrosis can't be prevented and isn't contagious because it was probably inherited (although the condition may skip a generation). Secondary generalized hyperhidrosis is total body
sweating prompted by secondary medical conditions or medications.

Body temperature changes as you sleep. Maybe you are sleeping with too many blankets or too many pieces of clothing on.

Try putting your feet out from underneath the covers. Sleep under a thinner blanket.

Yeah.....me too Mark. It's just metabolism. I also sweat like a hog.....and I'm a lady!!!!!

I'm everybody's central heating. My partner sleeps as far away from me as he can without falling out of bed.

On the lighter side.....it keeps us skinny.

Happy New Year.
