I hope I don’t sound gross, but in a recent visit to Amsterdam, I found that none of the toilets provide water but tissues to clean the anus. Medically is it proven that there are no hygiene issues? I feel very uncomfortable without water and worse still because I was at the airport.

I recently bought some legal pills from a shop - called PEP pills. The effects were very similar to ecstasy, in fact the effects were far stronger - I was awake and dancing for hours after only taking one - and with (seemingly) no negative side effects.

I did experience heart palpitations and nausea but this soon passed. There was no comedown the next day at all.

Are these too good to be true or might they harm me?

I was watching Oprah yesterday, & she had a Dr. on, and they went over what the different colors of poop are possible and if they were good or not. They briefly mentioned white colored poop, but they just said that it was "bad news," & then went onto something else. It was hard for me to follow because I was stunned: I went #2 earlier today and half of it (no kidding, like a stripe) was white, and the other half was normal. I just thought it was a fluke until I saw T.V., what does it mean? Should I be worried? I don't have insurance ... is there anything I can do for it at home, besides eating crayons? That's what a friend told me to do... this is a real question by-the-way.

So, I frequently have trouble getting to sleep. Most nights, I get about 3-4 hours. I was wondering what I could do/eat/whatever to help me get to sleep. I don't take pills of any kind, unless absolutely necessary, so naturally I refuse to take sleeping pills.
Plus, I don't like going to the doctors. If anyone has any ideas or anything that doesn't involve either of these two things, that would be awesome.

Any help would be great. Thanks!! Sorry if this doesn't make sense. =\

I work at a hotel, and I'll frequently clean rooms where there's blood on tissues in the trash, on towels, and sheets. There are also the occasional vomit pools. We don't wear gloves for general cleaning, and yes, scratches do happen on the job. Gloves are not mandated and just recently became available, so we forget to put them on. Anyway...

What's my risk of getting some horrible disease after I pick up a towel that I discover has dried blood on it (probably at least an hour to 1/2 hour old every time) or empty a full trash can with bloody tissues buried just at the top etc.? Thanks much.

I have been having a chronic headache since about April of this year. At the time I started having them I was pregnant and it was thought to be high BP. After I delivered I still had them, but since around June they have been getting worse. At first it was thought to be high BP, but I have a home BP machine and my BP is always fine when I take it or have headaches. So, the drs then said it was migraines, well they gave me medicine, and it doesn't work. Then I went back and they said oh it might be your sinus, so I got antibiotics I had to take for 5 days, and it didn't work. My husband is in the Army, and I am trying to get another appointment, but seem to have no luck getting one, I almost went to the ER, but we have 2 small children. No, OTC pain medicine works, I was just wondering if there was something I could try to make it go away, or something I could say to the dr to get him to understand that this is serious. Thank you, any help would be appreciated!

I am trying this stuff that is supposed to clean out your system (the colon specifically). I've been using it for 2 weeks straight and now I'm getting headaches. Is there anyone who has used this product or a similar product ? What was your experience like? Serious answers only please. :}
