Your question is more like a cry for validation!
Of course it is OK to get crazy and do whatever once in a while!
But it is better if you don't because your skin is not elastic, and it will not react very well to your abusing it either, and neither will your digestive system.... While of course you can forgive yourself for being, as someone nicely put it, "only human" and we all do, if you actually need our blessing :), it would be best if you find other outlets like going out and running, singing your guts out (and darn the neighbours) or finding snacks that fill your tummy and have a creamy consistency but will not make you put too much weight (warm maple flavoured oatmeal or the apple and cinammom variety does wonders for me! it's so filling!) or will have so much fat that will damage your skin or digestive system in other ways.
Just my 0.2 cents... And have a nice trip!

If you don't get to do things that make you feel good; what's the point?
Of course you're allowed to indulge and ... pig out ... Just remember that there has to be a balance. Somewhere along the line, (I'm guessing later) you'll do something to make up for it.
I wouldn't worry about your weight, your health is *far* more important. Eat some crap, go for it. Just remember that you can't do it forever, else you'll regret it.
Balance, Balance is key.
But heck, if you're craving pork rinds, maybe your body is saying it needs pork rinds?

sure its ok, so long as it doesnt become a habit or it becomes the only way you deal with shitty times.
Have a great time away, maybe focus on that for the now & you might find you dont eat as often or as much. Happy days to you :o)

No don't do it! Find something nice you like to drink instead (not alcohol) it will fill you up still and is much better for you.
If you put on weight you might feel worse and comfort eat more, it's a vicious circle

No.
Find another, more positive stress release.
It is only allowed at Christmas and family gatherings, when Mom's home cooking is on the table.

GO ahead and comfort in these stressful times, as long as you realize what it is and are able to readjust. Hope things get way better for you quickly!
