I have been getting headaches and my stomach has been hurting a lot more but now it is just out of control I have been getting them more often and also my throat has been hurting and i have like aches in my arms and legs and sometimes i cant move them because they hurt so bad.what is wrong with me?? what can i do to get rid of it??? (besides taking medicine)

I have this awful cough that won't go away, even though I've taken meds for it. I cough at least once every 5 minutes or so. anything I can do? thanks!

im a disabled lady so i cant move around much and am on a bugdet i find all the healthy food quite expensive and dont wish to resort to vitamins.i wish to lose weight,and eat healthyer,do you no what foods would be best with out going over the bugdet and what would give me all the nutriants i need,and my family a healthyer life.

Been giving him Theraflu for the cold, it has worked for his throat, but his chest and the mucus trying to come out is not breaking up enough making it hard for the mucus to come out. what should I get to help him?

I read that Magnesium is a natural tranquilizer, or anit stress. Is it stronger than taking a Benadryl or PM? And is any certain brand or type of Magnesium. I saw add for NSI Magnesium Calm, is it any good?

okay well im just curious last night i felt this little lump right above my left hip bone.. its not part of my hip because it moves if i pull the skin toward a side. I play basketball and dive but it isnt bruised and doesnt hurt what could it be?

I hardly ever bruise. Once I fell off the top rung of a 6 foot ladder and landed on a pile of branches and had NO bruises whatsoever, just pain and general soreness. Another time I got hit on the bony part of my arm by a hammer (stupid friend has no aim). Another time I walked into a metal doorframe and hit my hip bone really hard. All of those times ppl were like "man, that's so gonna bruise!" and I felt incredible pain... but never had any bruises!

Yet today I have this bruise on my shin that I have absolutely no clue how I got it- this happens every now and then, I get random little bruises.

Why don't I bruise from events that should cause major bruises, and why do I have no idea where my bruises come from when I do get them? Anyone else like this?

I have a spot on my right leg, above the knee and about 10 or 11 inches in length, that always has a bit of a numb feeling in it. It is just slightly off-center to the right. Some days more so than others. However, sometimes it starts burning, all by itself. It feels like I'd spilled lighter fluid on it. One time, it was so bad, it woke me out of a sound sleep. Felt like it was on fire. It generally happens about 4 to 6 times a month, and the circumstances are different (could be working, walking, sitting still, sleeping, etc.). Any idea what can cause this? Thanks...

I went to Asia last year I notice alot of people there put Vicks Vapor Rub on their feet, I ask my dad why they did that, he said it kills
athletic feet, fungi, and foot odor. I had a small patch on my right foot that I tried for 3 yrs to get rid of. When I returned, I put the Vicks Vapor Rub on the area for about month, it disappeared.

For the last month or so I have been having some shooting pains that start in my wrist on the side and shoot up my forearm. It is pretty painful and it really is annoying. Today, my wrist has hurt on the side all day and cramps up. I have read about carpal tunnel, but I don't have any tingling in the fingers. I am only 24 also. What could this be?

Even when you have the same diet as someone else, yet you always get more colds etc. Or when you eat better and exercise more regularly, and get more rest - why is it that they still never get ill, yet you do? Any ideas?

This is crazy- Lately I stink all the time. I bathe, I bathe two or three times a day. An hour later I smell horrible. Is this some sort of hormone problem? I've been having hot/cold flashes, my monthly is crazy. Is it all related?
