Now, first you have to understand the whole thing.at around 2:30 on monday, my four year old started throwing up. I took her to the doctor and all they said was that she had the stomach flu. I couldn't manage to keep anything in her, not even a teaspoon of pedialite. At around 6:30 that evening, all five of my kids, all under 6, were vomiting. I called their doctor and he told me just let them get through it by themselves. I decided to take them to the hospital. So here I am taking five kids to the ER, they are puking all over my car and each other, all i can do is tell them they will be ok. So when we got to the hospital, they looked over the kids and sent us home. Again i took them to the ER and finaly they gave them an IV and tested for diseas or poisoning, all tests were negative. Still they sent us home, this time with some suppositories and super strong nausea medication. I have tried pedialite, gatorade, everything. I am starting to try to fast them until they are a bit better.

If I'm hungry and ignore it even for 10 or 15 minutes I feel very nauseous, I get a severe migraine and light headed. I've also noticed that I always have new bruises in places I never remembered bumping.... if that makes a difference at all. Diabetes runs in my family but I have not been diagnosed.

From time to time my boyfriend has had problems where he will begin to choke to the point of almost becoming unconscience. It takes him quite abit of time to catch his breath. He is not eating or swallowing anything at the time this happens. Twice it has happened when showering other times just going about his day. Does anyone know of anything like this or what it could be or mean?

Anyone has an idea of what could it be or what can I do to stop it?. I know I have to go to a doctor but I need to do something now ´cause it´s just unbearable.

I'm a 19 year old female, with a previous history of Eating disorders. I get intense pain in one of my knees, sometimes after strenous exercise, but sometimes just randomly, espeically when it's cold. It sometimes is slightly swollen also. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

I've always wondered about this as a norm out there. My wife has hers, but I am curious about the majority so I'm doing a little survey.

Is there any reliable way to tell if you have a fever without a thermometer? Other than just putting your hand on your forehead and seeing if it's hot?

Ok this is going to sound weird but when I lay on my back at night, a lot of times I will wake up and the top portion of my left thigh will be numb. It doesn't hurt, and as soon as I change positions it goes away. I had surgery on my left knee back in 2002 and had a baby in 2003. It was right around there that it started. Also, 7 weeks ago I was diagnosed with sciatica. Is it possible it is related to the sciatica, or could it be a pinched nerve? Tell me what you think.
