Maybe because men get embarassed getting erections and choose to see male urologists, so why go that way when you're not in high demand.

Probably just an issue of an imbalance of male to female doctors in general, but society in general seems to be more comforatable (if only from socialization) with men dealing in the nether reigons.

Plus, its hard to asses the urinary tract when the man the female doctor is examining has a massive erection (just something to think about)

Much of the field of urology has to do with male dysfunction or prostate trouble, and assessment of that necessarily involves a finger up the rectum. I guess not too many women are interested in doing that to a buncha ol' men.
