and im the sole one to do everything.they keep righting them on prescribtion note pads NOT exsepteble in court I keep telling them that dont seem to be getting though dont they know it has to be or look like its legal!!!!! Ive been there 4 times now

Ask your physician to write a letter. His secretary will put it on his letter head and he will sign it. Tell them you need it for court and when you will be able to pick it up and what it has to say.

Go again, and tell them that you need it with the Doctors letterhead on it. Sometimes, if you can have it notarized, it will work perfectly. Maybe there is a bank in the same building and one of his nurses can go down or up with you and have it notarized. But the letterhead is the most important thing.
I did this just the other day, for court, and it was taken into evidence with no problem.

go on a web search for legal form letters, that your doctor can just fill in.
