last night i started getting very dissy i mean like the room spinning and i actually fell my husband had to help me back to bed,even while lying down i still feel dizziness coming on,i also have a bad headache and slight fever.The dizziness was so bad i started vomiting what does this sound like it could be?I never felt this way ever i'm 34 pre-diabetic but i'm not sure that this has anything to do with it and my husband thinks i might be getting the flu i really need to know your opinion thanks

it could be a number of things-pregnancy-virus-or a warning sign for somthing more serious! could be as simple as a middle ear infection--which messes with equilibrium. without a doubt you need to go to the doctor to make sure everythings ok !ok!--good luck always

I am not sure what could be wrong. Since you are pre diabetic you should go see a doctor for your symptoms. Having a fever usually signifies some sort of infection and only a doctor can diagnose you.

Sounds like a viral infection or allergy to me. go to the doctor to find out what is causing this. You could also be pregnant.
