The first question I would ask you is what medications are you taking if any as this could be a side affect from it... also it could be low blood sugar my mom has diabetes and she has told me that this has happened to her along with blurred vision and other side affects one thing you can try if trying to lose weight is to eat smaller meals but more often instead of 3 big meals a day try eating 5 smaller portions as this helps boost metabolism... and makes you feel more energetic unlike eating that giant thanksgiving meal and feeling like you need a nap afterwards...lol another thing you might want to try for an experiment is to try eating a piece of candy when feeling light headed also sometimes mint gum will help sometimes because mint leaves have been shown to make people feel more energetic because it awakens the senses... also I would consult a doctor becase somtimes there could be the risk of heart problems or circulatory problems.

Your body's cells need glucose for bodily functions. If you don't eat regulary, you deprive your body of the necessary nutrients it needs. The bruising isn't necessarily related to your other symptons. You have headaches, nausea, and dizziness because your blood sugar is low, not high, as with a diabetic. If you ate properly and had these sypmtoms, I would suspect diabetes. Your body has these symptoms, and others such as pain to let you know something is wrong. Listen to it and treat it nicely. You only get one. Go to the doctor if these symptoms persist. Hope you feel better soon.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

anyone will feel a bit light headed and the rest when they miss or skip a meal. their blood sugar levels will have drooped too low and give those symptoms as a warning.
I'd be rechecked for both hyper and hypo glacemea.

Your sugar level could be off. Your body needs energy. Some people need to eat when they are hungry or otherwise they have some or all of the symptoms you mentioned.
Eat a well-balanced diet throughout the day to keep your energy sustained. If you still have problems, please see a physician.
