YES! and in my job I see it a lot. When you pass out, that is just your brain's way of saying that there is too much **** going on for your body to handle and it needs to shut down a few things so that I can get a handle on the situation.
I'm not sure of the reason you're asking this question, but if you see someone that has passed out (especially if they have a good chance of throwing up while unconcious, like someone who's been drinking, taken drugs or poisoned) be sure to roll them on their side. Think about it, if you are on your back while you throw up, where does the vomit go. Nowhere. It stays in your mouth/throat. if you don't get it out, you will suffocate.

I know you can throw up while passed out . and you can throw up before being passed out so yes you can do it at the same time

Yes, it's possible. There are plenty of things that can cause you to do this... pregnancy, stomach flu, severe food poisoning.

pregnancy, various sorts of flu and such, and often if you do that you can choke to death on the barff, not good.
